Rama is an English Literature graduate from Presidency College, one of the prestigious colleges in Chennai. Starting off in an office role with ITC Limited, she seamlessly moved to selling automobiles for Ford & GM. Given her passion for meeting & conversing with people, she thrived in the automobile sector for nearly a decade. Subsequently, she founded her own Recruitment firm. She gave up her business to bring up her daughter. Now, she is part of Mindworx. Her expertise straddles across FMCG, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors clients. Outside of work, she is passionate about adventure sports.
